A negotiated rate at Cheyenne Mountain Resort is provided for attendees to book. The rate is $215.00 per room per night, not including state tax of 10.2% and a Public Improvement Fee of 2.95%. The resort fee has been waived for all guests as a part of this block. The resort fee includes: self-parking, unlimited personal Wi-Fi access, unlimited local calls, unlimited 800 calls, in-room coffee and tea, golf bag storage, access to the Country Club of Colorado and its golf course (greens fees apply), spa, fitness facility, aquatics center, recreation courts, and fitness classes.
